1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request must be made within 07 days of delivery.
✅ Products must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
✅ Items such as fresh produce, perishable goods, personal care items, and opened food products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer (as per customer preference).
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for damaged or defective products.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer replacements for defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please:

📸 Share clear photos of the product and packaging with our support team within 12 hours of delivery.
🚚 If eligible, we will arrange a free replacement or exchange.


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

🚫 Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and perishable items.
🚫 Personal hygiene, beauty, and health care products (if opened).
🚫 Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned as per our return policy.
